1. Regional Sales Manager

 

Job Title: Regional Manager – South & West (HVAC Industry)
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai (Flexible within South or West region)
Experience: 5–6 years in HVAC Industry
Reports to: National Sales Head / Business Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee sales and business development operations in the South & West India regions. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong network of industry professionals, consultants, contractors, and channel partners. This is a strategic role focused on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Drive revenue and market share growth for the region.

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC segment.

    • Engage with consultants, architects, contractors, and builders for project-based sales.

  • Channel & Partner Management:

    • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors.

    • Expand the partner network to increase regional market penetration.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and monitor performance of the regional sales team.

    • Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and KPIs.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to align offerings with regional needs.

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

    • Monitor receivables and ensure healthy cash flow from the region.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

  • -7-8  years of experience in HVAC sales or business development, preferably in the B2B/project segment.

  • Strong regional knowledge of South & West markets.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
