SHIPPING, RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for purchasing Our products at www.o2cure.in, operated by Zeco Aircon Limited.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can cancel an order placed on Our Website within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed. If an order has been cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed, the entire amount shall be refunded by Us in your bank account.
Please note, that once the order placed by you, is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
All products sold on our Website are covered under our 7 calendar day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems or defects within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
1. Return Reasons
Product purchased on Our Website will be eligible for returns only for the following reasons:
a. If the product delivered is Dead on Arrival (DOA);
b. If the product delivered is defective i.e. not working properly;
c. The product delivered is different from the product purchased; and/or
d. The product delivered is a used Product or the seal has been broken;
The products purchased will be not be eligible for returns due to the following reasons:
a. Products that have already been used or installed;
b. Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers/IMEI number.
c. Products whose original packaging are tampered
d. If the product is relocated from delivery address for demonstration by customer, it would not be eligible for return (in case of damaged / defective etc.)
e. Return will not be accepted for subjective or perceptive aspects like performance not as per expectation, colour shade difference etc.
f. Dents, scratches on packaging not impacting the product performance do not qualify for returns;
g. Product becomes non-returnable if primary packaging is found open before installation.
2. Return Process
You shall raise a return request on email@example.com or call at +91 80101 11177 within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchased product.
If you have purchased a product, you will receive a call from our Returns Team within 2 calendar days of initiating a return request, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing.
For all Damaged/Wrong product received complaints you will be required to provide following to investigate further:
a. Images of all sides of brand box
b. Image of damaged part
c. Serial number printed on box and product both.
d. Our Returns Team will review the documents/photos and pick-up will be arranged if the return reason complies with our policy and is approved by our Returns Team.
We will pick-up your product as per below mentioned timelines once the return is approved by the Returns Team.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions
If Correct Product is returned
Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
If Complete Product is returned
All in-the-box accessories (like starter kits, instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
If product is Unused
The product should be unused, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
If product is not damaged
The product (including cable port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Product’s original packaging/ box is mandatory We will not accept returns without packaging for all appliances,
The pick-up executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.
We will make 3 (three) attempts to pick-up the product from your place post which the return request will be cancelled.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
– We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
– You will receive the credit within a certain amount of 10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
All Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original boxes defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and may be sent back to you.
Kindly retain the packaging for 7-10 days of delivery as it may be needed just in case you need to return the product.
In case of any missing accessory, we will investigate the issue with our logistics partner. If it is found missing in our investigation, then we will either ship the missing product/s to you.
