                iii. through Internet of Things connected or connectable devices (“IoT Devices”), including our internet-connected monitor’s solution products offered on our Website; and/or

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18 (eighteen) years and do not target or direct our Services to children.


Shipping Policy:  Our shipping policy guarantees that our product will be delivered to the customer within 8-10 days from the date of the order placement.

i.       By subscription of Our newsletters or request copy of Our publications, complete surveys on the Website, event registration information, including information you provide when filling in e-registration forms or online services, install and use our IoT Devices or App, or visit our Website while or before logged into a social media platform; and/or

We only collect information from third parties who have obtained your permission to share your data. d.    With trusted dealers, when you configure the App to share information related to your IoT Device with a specific dealer. The dealer may use this information to monitor and service your IoT Device and offer you related products and services.

e.   Disclosures in connection with acquisitions: Circumstances may arise where for strategic or other business reasons ZECO decides to sell, buy, pest, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses in some countries. We may disclose information we maintain about you to the extent reasonably necessary to proceed with the negotiation or completion of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of the ZECO’s assets.

f.   Disclosure for other reasons: We may disclose personal information if required or authorized to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or with legal process served on us, to protect and defend our rights or property or, in urgent circumstances, to protect the personal safety of any individual.

b.    Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, which use cookies and similar
technologies to collect and analyze information about the use of the Services and report on
activities and trends. These services may also collect information regarding the use of other
websites, apps, and online resources.

c.  Using Adobe Flash technology (including Flash Local Shared Objects (“Flash LSOs”)) and other similar technologies: We may use Flash LSOs and other technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Services.
