WARRANTY TERMS

 

Dear Customer,

 

O2 Cure products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend that you first consult the user manual provided to you with the product.

 

Warranty terms

 

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires after a period of 1 (one) year from such date. If you require service but you lost your proof-of-purchase or the retailer is unknown to Us (e.g. a seller on an on-line auction channel), the warranty period shall be deemed to have started three months from the date of manufacture indicated on the product or derived from the serial number. Where a repair is not possible or not commercially viable, we may replace the product with a new or refurbished product of similar functionality. After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.

 

Warranty does not cover the following:

 

If an O2 Cure Product is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it.

There are, however, some circumstances in which O2 Cure warranty doesn’t cover the repair or replacement of a product. These aren’t hidden in the small print. Here’s what isn’t covered:

 

·                Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. fuse, belt, brush bar, batteries, filters etc.).

·                Accidental damage.

·                Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the user manual.

·                Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended product maintenance.

·                Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.

·                Failures caused by circumstances outside of O2 Cure’s control.

·                Fan breakage due to human intervention.

·                Faults caused by:

o   Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine;

o   Use of the product which is not in accordance with the User manual;

o   Use of an O2 Cure Product for anything other than normal purposes;

o   Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of O2 Cure;

o   Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by O2 Cure);

o   Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than O2 Cure or its authorised agents;

o   Damage due to water spillage / accident; and/or

o   Physical damage to Purifier/ UV Light due to accident/ mishandling/ transportation.

How to Claim the Warranty

 

1.           Register your purchase on our website www.o2cure.in to claim O2 Cure warranty, by scanning the QR code provided along with the instruction manual in the box. You must register on the website within 10 days from the date of receipt of product.

2.         Once you register on the website, please keep the Warranty Card along with the invoice with you so as to claim the warranty within a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase/date of receipt of product by you, whichever is later.

3.       In case you face any trouble with the product and you wish to claim the warranty kindly refer to the conditions to claim the warranty and write to us at customercare@o2cure.in along with the invoice copy, warranty card and the images. You may also contact our service expert directly on +91 8010 111 177.

4.            On receiving the necessary information from you, the O2Cure service expert shall within 24 to 48 hours of registering the complaint inform you whether your warranty claim is qualified or not.

5.            The O2Cure service expert shall then guide you the pickup/ drop options and will provide you with the Service Challan.

6.             The product shall be sent to the O2 Cure Service Centre and shall be returned to you within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of product by O2 Cure Service Centre.

 

Condition to Claim Warranty

 

1.              Original warranty card must be submitted and/or pre-registered with O2 Cure Warranty link/QR Code (given along with the product) along with the defective product.

2.              This warranty is null and void if the card/invoice is not produced or pre-registered on the website [www.o2cure.in].

3.              Submit the photograph of the immediate damage done to the product/parts on receiving the product.

4.              The right to determine whether a product qualifies for free replacement or repair resides at the sole discretion of the O2 Cure Service Team.

5.              The product claimed under warranty will be sent to O2 Cure Service Center for repair/replacement (as decided by O2 Cure Service Team) and shall be returned within 15 (fifteen) days if the Warranty claim qualifies.
