Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems along with a passion for sales. This role involves identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
 - Provide technical expertise and consultative selling to clients on HVAC products and services.
 - Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain HVAC solutions to customers.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
 - Understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
 - Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for HVAC systems and services.
 - Work closely with the engineering team to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
 - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
 
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
 - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/Industrial/Corporate industry.
 - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
 - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
 - Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
 - Willingness to travel as needed.
