The Molecular Filtration Unit (MFU), developed in collaboration with Purafil (USA), is a self-contained high-efficiency air cleaning system delivering pressurised, contaminant-free air to controlled environments. It protects sensitive electronics, server rooms and control infrastructure from corrosive gases, particles and environmental pollutants.
Dual-Pass Chemical Filtration
O2Cure's proprietary chemical filtration media targets acidic gases (PCB), basic gases (PKL) and VOCs (IAQ) in two passes — eliminating the full spectrum of corrosive threats.
Corrosion Monitoring
Pairs with the O2Cure Gas Monitoring System for real-time copper and silver sensor readings, internal data logging and early detection of air quality deterioration.
EC Fan VFD
Direct-drive EC fans with integrated Variable Frequency Drive optimise energy usage while delivering consistent pressurised airflow to the protected environment.
ISA-S71.04 Compliant
Complies with ISA-S71.04-1985 environmental standards for electronic and instrumentation equipment — satisfying most hardware warranty requirements.
