O2Cure's Kitchen Exhaust Dry Scrubber is an advanced multi-stage purification system that processes contaminated kitchen exhaust air through pre-filter, ESP, activated carbon and fine filter stages before discharge. Built for commercial kitchens, cloud kitchens, food courts and industrial workshops.
4-Stage Dry Filtration
EU-4 pre-filter → ESP electrostatic precipitator → activated carbon → EU-7 fine filter. Each stage targets a different class of kitchen pollutant.
Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
Removes fine grease particles, smoke and cooking fumes through electrostatic charge — the core technology for commercial kitchen emission control.
Activated Carbon Odour Control
Adsorbs odours, VOCs and harmful gases produced during cooking — essential for kitchens in commercial buildings and food courts.
Optional UV-C Disinfection
An optional 180nm UV-C lamp can be added to neutralise biological contaminants including bacteria and viruses in the exhaust stream.
